How we came to JIGM Card
The idea for JIGM Card came when Eun-Rae received a digital wedding invitation from her cousin - and wondered why there was no solution that was beautiful, clearly guided, and practical at the same time. For her father-in-law's 70th birthday she therefore built the first card herself; the guests' enthusiasm and the simple communication showed us how much easier celebrations can be organized this way. Today we continue developing JIGM Card together so you can keep all information in one place, share changes anytime, and keep your guests' data protected.

What does JIGM mean?
JIGM comes from the Korean word "Jigeum" (μ§κΈ) and means "now". The name reflects our wish to consciously put the special moment at the center: the anticipation, the planning, and all the small moments that make a celebration unforgettable. Because the joy of a special occasion does not begin only on the day itself, but right now.
The inspiration for the Korean name comes from our co-founder Eun-Rae, who is from Korea. There, digital wedding invitations have long been an established part of wedding culture. This connection between Korean inspiration and consciously experiencing the moment is the idea behind JIGM.
